The chef will evenly split the lobster into 2, work on the lobster with his secret recipe and place it in his oven to seal the lobster meat taste within before apply his self-formulated meuniere sauce.

There has been numerous reviews online with positive feedback and praises for Cafe Cape's sashimi.
